Description of the touch keys
On / Off: Use this key to turn on your fryer. Long press it to turn it off.
Cooking temperature setting: Use this key to adjust the cooking temperatu-
re. With each touch the temperature will increase by 5°C. Once it reaches the
maximum temperature within the selected program, it will restart with the
lowest temperature of the selected program.
Cooking time setting: Use this key to adjust the cooking time. With each
touch the time will increase by 1 minute, if held down it will increase by 5 mi-
nutes. Once the maximum cooking time is reached within the selected pro-
gram, it will restart with the time countdown of the selected program.
Keep warm : With this function you can keep your preparation hot for up to 2
hours.
Timer : Program your fryer to have a delayed start, you can select a time be-
tween 00:30 hs and 23:30 hs.
Chips" cooking mode : Pre-set default program that varies from 5 minutes to
1 hour and between 80°C and 210°C temperature.
Cooking mode "Mealt" : Pre-set default program varying from 5 minutes to 1
hour and between 80°C and 210°C temperature.
Nut" cooking mode : Pre-set default program varying from 5 minutes to 45
minutes and between 80°C and 210°C temperature.
Cake" cooking mode : Pre-set default program varying from 5 minutes to 40
minutes and between 80°C and 210°C temperature.
