Use guidelines
This mobile product is intended to catch and extract welding fumes from work
area thanks to removable and reusable filter. It is suitable for gas shield welding
as well as argon arc welding.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from unintended use of the device.
3.1.
APPLIANCE LOCATION
Only use the device in well-ventilated areas. Do not obstruct the air outlet of the
device. Keep the device away from any hot surfaces. The device should always be
used when positioned on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be
out of the reach of children and persons with limited mental and sensory
functions. The extraction pipe should be positioned 300-500 mm over the
operation place. The valve that disables the compressed air supply should be
immediately accessible from the area where the device is being used. Make sure
that the pressure of the air supplying the device does not exceed the
recommended range. The power cord connected to the appliance must be
properly grounded and correspond to the technical details on the product label.
ASSEMBLING THE DEVICE
The device is being delivered mostly prepared for operation – only compressed
air and electric supply should be connected on workplace.
3.2.
Operation:
a) Make sure the compressed air and electrical supply are connected.
b) Position manually the fumes extractor inlet over the workplace.
c)
Switch on the compressed air valve.
d) Tur ON the power by pressing the black button on the control box.
e) To turn OFF the device press the red button on the control box.

Switch off the compressed air valve.
