To reduce risk of injury or damage to the machine
• Use only grounded electrical outlets matching the nameplate-
rated voltage.
• Use machine in a flat, level position.
• Do not use an extension cord with this machine or plug it into a
power strip or multi-outlet power cord.
• Unplug machine before cleaning or moving and when not in use.
• Do not spray controls or exterior with liquids or cleaners.
• Do not clean the machine with steel wool.
• Keep machine and power cord away from open flames, electric
burners, and excessive heat.

FUNCTION AND PURPOSE
This machine is intended to vacuum seal food in commercial
kitchens. It is not intended for household, industrial, or laboratory
use.
UNPACKING THE MACHINE
1. Remove all packing material and tape, as well as any
protective plastic; dispose of in an environmentally-
responsible way when no longer needed.
2. Clean any glue residue left over from the plastic or tape.

CLEARANCE AND ENVIRONMENT
NOTICE:
Never place the machine near a heat source; this can
damage the lid.
• 6" (15 cm) clearance is required on all sides and 15½" (39.4 cm)
above the machine for the lid to fully open.
• Ambient temperature must be between 41-86 °F (5-30 °C).
