TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLUTION
Follow these helpful tips:
• Remove both the squeezing auger and juicing compartment TOGETHER after juicing
• Check to make sure silicone plug is inserted correctly – refer to Page 6
• Check to make sure the chute with strainer is locked into base and you hear it
"click" into position.
• Continuously clean pulp out of the side outlet while juicing using the provided tool
• Press the reverse "R" button after juicing and before removing any components
• Push the "R" reverse button and clean out the clogged pulp.
• This is especially important to do when juicing fibrous fruits or vegetables such as
celery due to the strings. You may have to do this several times to fully remove residue.
• In extreme cases, the appliance should be unplugged, disassembled, and cleaned
thoroughly.
• This is a normal operational sound, especially when juicing ingredients with
minimal juice such as kale or carrots.
• This could be caused by overloading the appliance with too many ingredients, or if it
has been running continuously for 20 minutes.
• Wait 10 minutes before turning the appliance on again. It may be necessary to push
the "R" reverse button and clean out.
• The silicone plug may not be installed properly. Shut down the appliance, check
the silicone plug, and re-install following instructions on page 6.
