V. FUNCTION OF PLASTIC WELDING GUN
Function 1: Plastic welding (without nails), filler welding, hole filling, and gap elimination.
Function 2: Nail implantation. With various repair nails, you can repair horizontal, vertical, long, and short cracks. Function 3:
Thermal smoothing. Heating the plastic smoothens, welds, doubles in strength, and adds beauty. Function 4: Thermal cutting. It can
be used for thermal cutting, flat cutting, and automatic sealing of plastic cords.
Function 5: Tin welding heating/cooling is faster, more efficient, and saves more energy than general welding machines.

using the tool.
1. After installing the welding pin, turn on the electric heating for 5 seconds, insert the heated welding pin into the plastic product to
be repaired, release the switch, cool for 45 seconds, wrap the welding pin with the repair plastic, and then remove the welding gun.
2. After installing the welding blade, turn it on and heat for 15 seconds, so that the plastic products to be repaired are heated and
flattened. After completing the heating and leveling, cool for 45 seconds and then proceed with other plastic repair work.
3. The welding blade is suitable for the high-power DH-B100 plastic welding gun but not suitable for the low-power DH50 plastic
welding gun.
