FUNCTIONING
Weight
Place the scale on a solid, smooth surface.
turn the button 120 degrees and the LCD will show "0".
Place the item you want to weigh in the center of the scale and the display will indicate the
weight.
Unit of measure setting
When in weighing mode, press the unit conversion button on the back of the scale to switch
between g - lb/oz and ml.
Note: You cannot change units while you are weighing.
Tare function
The tare function allows you to weigh the ingredients as you add them.
• Place the container in the center of the scale and the screen will show you its weight.
• Without removing the container, press the TARE button to reset the display to 0.
• Now put the first ingredient in the container. The display will show the weight of that in-
gredient.
• Press TARE again to reset the display to 0 and weigh another ingredient.
• Repeat these steps until you have added all the ingredients.
If you need to remove the container with the ingredients, the display will show a negative
value. To reset it to "0", please press TARE again.
Note: Please respect the maximum weight of the scale.
