Operator's Manual
and maintenance of the different parts of the system.
Read all locally legislated safety regulations regarding
the system and parts thereof.
Save all Safety Information and instructions for future
reference.
Statement of use
This product is designed for removing aluminum welding
beads and grooving in aluminum alloy plates.
No other use permitted. For professional use only.
Operation
See figures on page 2,3.
Fix the accessories properly to the tool.
Use designated area for transportation to the work-
piece, see fig.2, to avoid unintentional start.
Connect device to a clean and dry air supply, with suit-
able hose and connections according to fig.3.
To adjust cutter height,
turn the Adjusting Handle (E) clockwise to move
the cutter down.

move the cutter up.

To start operation,
Firmly hold the Main Handle (A) and the Dead
Handle (B).
Place the machine on the work piece at up-right
position as shown in fig.5. The Cutter is not yet
engaged with the material at this stage, to prevent
sudden reaction.
Press the Trigger (C) and lower the Main Handle
slowly. When the Cutter contacts the material,
press the machine forward.
To stop operation,
Firmly hold the Main Handle (A) and the Dead
Handle (B).
Remove the tool from the workpiece before
stopping the cutter rotation., to prevent sudden
reaction.
Release the Trigger (C).
Visually confirm cutter stop before putting the tool
aside.
Caution for Safety Use of Air Supply
Air supply hose must be oil resistant and with abrasion
resistant exterior surface.
All connections must be in good condition and properly
installed. Do not use damaged, frayed or deteriorated
hose and fittings. Replace them when necessary. Do
not reform the hose and fittings.
Always store the hose properly away from heat sourc-
es and sunlight after use and inspect before use. A
hose failure can cause injury.
The use of a swivel coupling is recommended so that
rotating the tool will not distort or cause disconnection

Caution for Safety Use of Cutter
Air quality
It is necessary to remove water and foreign particles from
the air line. Dirty air will cause unexpected parts wear and
reduce operation efficiency.
Periodical check and repair

Be sure to connect the hose to the machine before
switching on the air supply.
Disconnect air supply from the tool.
Make the machine face-up to see the cutter part.
Unfasten 4 pcs M6x20 cap screw (A) by an Allen head
wrench (5mm Hex).
Place the machine with the Cutter sideward.
Turn the Adjusting handle (C) counterclockwise to
lower the Guide arm (D) and remove the Bearing case
(E).
Pull out the Split pin (F) from the Spindle (G). Set an
Allen head wrench (6mm Hex) on the gear side of the
spindle and remove the spindle nut (H).
Remove the Bearing (I) and Spacer (J) from the Spin-
dle and pull out the spindle toward the gear to remove
the Cutter (K).
The Cutter mounting can be easily made in the oppo-
site order explained above.
When assembling Low head cap screw (A), make sure
to gently turn the spindle to ensure correct alignment
of the parts.
Never use a Cutter which is cracked, damaged or
worn-out.
When the machine or cutter is stored in extremely cold
or hot places, make careful test runs.
If the machine is dropped, carefully check the Cutter
status before operation.
Whenever any unusual phenomena are felt or noticed
during operation, stop operation at once for inspection
and repair.
Periodical overhaul is recommended every 500 hour
use or every 6 months.
Replacement of any parts must be done with Fuji
genuine parts to keep Fuji quality in performance and
durability.
Whenever the machine is inspected or repaired, stop
air supply and disconnect the air motor from the air
hose.
After the machine is reassembled, make sure that all
components are correctly assembled with bolts and
nuts tightened firmly.
