5.4 Fitting and replacing the gas cartridge
Before fitting or changing the gas cartridge, follow the instructions of the gas cartridge manufacturer
and comply with them!
When you place the LPG cartridge down, pay
attention to possible risks of damage and
weather influences. Do not use a damaged
cartridge. A dented or rusty cartridge can
be dangerous and must be replaced imme-
diately.
Check that the seal (between the appliance
and the gas cartridge) is present and in good
condition before connecting the gas car-
tridge. Do not use an appliance with damaged
or worn seals.
Check the position of the connection for the hose line to ensure that it is not twisted.
Change the gas cartridge outdoors and away from other people.
Before loosening the gas cartridge, check that the burners have gone out.
After you have connected the gas cartridge with the hose line to the Atago gas barbecue, check it for
leaks (see chapter „Maintenance and cleaning").
Please note!
Check whether there is still gas in the gas cartridge.
