TMS-853 / TMS-1253 / TMS-1553 OPERATION
RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
Be sure to completely charge the internal battery prior to first use in order to maximize the battery's lifespan.
Once connected to a power source, your QFX speaker will begin charging. It will take from 4-5 hours to fully
recharge the battery. Even if power is low, the unit will power on when connected to a power source. When
the battery is charging, the indicator light will be red color. Once fully charged, the light will turn off. When the
speaker will not be used for many months, it is recommended that you fully recharge the battery at least once
every 60 days.
BLUETOOTH
Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device. On the device, find the Bluetooth name of the QFX speaker to
connect; either QFX TMS-853, QFX-1253 or QFX-1553. After successful pairing, you can stream music
wirelessly from our Bluetooth device.
DISPLAY
The LED screen will display the following information:
•
Input Mode (displays USB, TF, Bluetooth, AUX or FM)
•
When the USB drive or TF card is inserted, it will switch to USB/TF mode and begin playing your MP3
formatted music files. The track number currently playing from the USB/TF will be displayed.
•
In FM radio mode, the FM radio station channels will be displayed. Short-press the Play/Pause button
while in FM mode to auto-scan and save the radio stations received in your area.
TRUE WIRELESS STEREO (TWS)
Two of the exact same model QFX speakers can be paired together and connect to a Bluetooth device and
deliver True Wireless Stereo (TWS) sound. To do so:
•
Turn both speakers power ON
•
Select Bluetooth mode on both speakers
•
Press the Play/Pause button on one speaker only for 3 seconds. Then the speakers will connect together.
•
Next, to connect to your Bluetooth device, search for the QFX model number (QFX TMS-853, QFX-1253
or QFX-1553).
•
After successful pairing, you can stream music wirelessly from your Bluetooth device to both speakers in
True Wireless Stereo (TWS).
•
Press-and-hold TWS to exit True Wireless Stereo mode.
