Operation and maintenance
Remove all packaging of the device.
Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.
Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz.
Before First use
When using the mixer for the first time wash the beaters, dough hooks and bowl in a warm
soapy water. Rinse and dry the parts thouroughly.
Only these parts are dishwasher safe. Note! Never immerse the mixer base (no. 7), plug or
supply cord in water or any other liquid.
Use of the mixer without base
Make sure the speed selector (no. 2) is in "off" position before plugging in.
The dough hook with the ring fits only in the right hole and the doug hook without the ring, and
the same length, fits in the left hole.
Fit the dough hooksby pushing the shaft into the opening and then, if necessary, turning them
slightly until they click into the place. Do not switch the dough hooks, as they each only fit one
opening. The longer single dough hook only fits in the left opening. This one is special for
preparing food herefore is neede only one dough hook.

The two dough hooks with same length
Use of the beaters:
Fit the two beaters by pushing the axe into the opening and then, if necessary, turning them
slightly until they click into place. Both beaters fit to both openings (left as well right).
Pug in. Select the speed with the speedselector (no. 2) which is suitable for the ingredients you
are using. You can select the speed in 5 steps (1 to 5). 1 is the lowest speed and 5 is the
highest speed. If you push the turbo switch (no. 3) the mixer automatically selects the highest
speed. This won't work if you have choosen for speed 5. Add the ingredients gradually.
After mixing, turn the speed selector to 0 and remove the plug from the electrical socket.

Hold the beaters or dough hooks and press the eject button (no. 1) to remove them from the
mixer.
Use of the mixer with base
Place the hand mixer (no. 4) on the base (see fig 1 and 2 )

Press the unlocking button (no. 5) and tilt the mixer with the other hand up. (See fig. 3 and 4)

Make sure the speed selector (no. 2) is turned to 0 before plugging in.
