19. Align and attach the Floater Post (D) to the back of the Back Frame (E) with four 2-1/4" Bolts
(5) and four Washers (7 and 8). Make sure the threaded sockets for the Cable Wheel (L) face
backward. Tighten the bolts with M4 Allen Wrench.
