Operating Instructions
1. Snap the two ears of the small stand into holes located on front of glue gun housing. Move
stand forward to "rest" position and stand glue gun on flat work surface. The large wire
platform stand slides into the gun base.
2. Unwrap power cord and plug cord into standard household electrical outlet. Slide ON-OFF
switch to "ON" position. Amber indicator light will be illuminated when gun is connected to
power source. Operates on standard household 120V, 60HZ, AC outlet.
3. Insert high-temperature (full-sized) glue stick into gun and allow 3 minutes for gun & stick to
heat up.
4. After gun and stick are heated, move small wire stand to "rear" position. Apply glue to work
pieces with continuous squeezing pressure on trigger. Amount of glue released onto work piece
is determined by amount of pressure applied to trigger. Release trigger to stop glue flow.
5. Apply even pressure to work pieces for complete bonding.
6. Do not attempt to remove unused glue from the gun after use. Any unused portion of the glue
stick can remain in the gun and be re-heated for use later.
