2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Take turns umping on the trampoline and make sure each user has a spotter.
• Climb onto and off of the trampoline. Do not ump onto or off of the trampoline. Do
not use the trampoline as a springboard to other ob ects.
• For more information or training instructions, contact a trained trampoline instructor.
• Learn the basic umping posture before attempting advanced umps.
• If ou lose our balance, bend our knees when ou land. In this wa , ou can
regain our balance.
