1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch off the appliance and remove the
plug from the mains power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down
before cleaning.
• The motor base must not be immersed in water or other liquids or
held under running water as this could give you an electric shock.
• The juicing cones, strainer and juice container can go in the dishwasher.
• Wipe the motor base only with a damp cloth.
• If you use the spout on the juice container frequently, pulp may build
up in the spout. Therefore clean the spout after each use.
1.5. General Precautions
• Please follow the instructions in the user manual which help to
properly install and operate this product and enjoy its advanced
features. Please keep the instructions for future reference.
• Read all instructions before using the product.
• Check that the mains voltage corresponds with the rating of the
appliance before operating.
• If you apply too much pressure to the cone while juicing the motor
may stop.
• Keep the connection available for placing the juicer.
• Place the juicer on a level surface that will not be harmed by splashes
of juice. As splashing cannot always be avoided, the surface should
be easy to clean.
• Do not place the juicer on hot surfaces, such as hotplates or near
naked flames.
