Step 5
Begin the third tier by connecting 2 short blue bars (A) and 1 long bar (M) to 2 previously
assembled yellow bars and 1 blue bar using a long bolt (E), a washer (H), and one bolt (K), and
tighten with an Allen wrench (I) and a flat wrench (J). Make sure that the 4th bar is an (M).
The order of the bars needs to be the same as the order marked in the following picture, make
sure they are always in a counter-clockwise position.
