BEFORE THE FIRST USE
· Remove the appliance and the accessories from the packaging. Remove any promotional
stickers.
· Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
· Never immerse the motor unit in water to avoid electrocution.
ASSEMBLY & USE
KNEADING/BEATING/WHISKING
1.
Depending on the nature of the ingredients, the mixing bowl with lid can make 2 kg of
dough.
2.
Place the appliance on a flat, clean and dry surface.
3.
Make sure that the plug is removed from the socket and that the speed control is set to
'0'.
4.
Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head up entirely and turn the
release button to the right again, so that it points upwards, to lock the head.
5.
Put the mixing bowl in the base and turn it clockwise so it locks. Put the ingredients into
the bowl.
6.
Choose the accessory you want to use: beater, dough hook, balloon whisk.
a. Attach the accessory to the head by sliding it around the axis.
b. Turn the accessory a quarter turn counterclockwise.
c. Release the accessory so that it falls into the lock position. Caution: only use the dough
hook up to a maximum of speed 1.
