Basic Operation
Power ON and MODES change
The Oakcastle CD250 operates using the power cable or batteries. Use the 'Switch'
button at the back of the unit (Ref.3) to switch on the unit either in FM or in CD/BT
mode.
To change to Bluetooth mode, while in CD/BT mode, press 'Stop/ Bluetooth' button
(Ref.10) for 2 seconds. The display screen will show 'BT' indicating that the unit is in
Bluetooth mode.
Playback control
Use Play/ Pause, Stop, Next/ Forward, Back/Previous, to control the playback of
tracks in CD/BT Mode.
Note: While in Bluetooth mode, the 'Stop/Bluetooth' button can only be used to
change the mode in between Bluetooth mode and CD mode.
Volume Control
Use the volume rotary button (Ref.7) to adjust the volume level in any mode.
Note: While playing audio via CD250 from a phone or tablet, ensure the volume
level on your device is also adjusted as this will influence the playback volume.
Tuning Control
While in FM Mode, use the tuning rotary button to fine tune a radio station while
playing.
