System requirements
This external hard drive is compatible with Microsoft Windows 8 and higher and Mac OS 10.x and higher
operating systems.
For USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 operation, a USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 interface is required. The hard drive is backwards com-
patible with previous USB standards.
The hardware configuration of your PC and the operating system used may influence the accessibility of the
external hard drive and the transfer speed between the PC and external hard drive.
Power supply using USB 2.0: If your USB 3.x hard drive is not recognised on a computer with a USB 2.0
port, the power supply may be a possible cause. In this case, please connect a USB hub with an external
