Assembly instructions
Insert Heel Holder (O) through Height Adjustment Tube (M)
Use Spring Puller (K) to pull the spring out from Heel Holder (O), hang the
spring to Bolt (C) and secure Bolt (C) with washer (G), Nut (F)
