COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
Dear customer, we would like to thank you for placing your trust in a product of our brand, the qua-
lity of which has been tested under the strictest controls and is hereby guaranteed:
BADER EUROPE GROUP, S.L. with C.I.F. B27804657 guarantees this product under the following
terms and conditions:
1. The product covered by this certificate is protected for a period of two years from the date
appearing on the receipt or invoice justifying the purchase, its territorial scope being the whole of
Europe.
2. During this warranty period, in the event of a manufacturing defect, the consumer shall be en-
titled to have the product repaired. Repairs shall be free of charge and shall be carried out within a
reasonable time and without major inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the nature
of the product and the purpose for which it was intended by the consumer.
3. Excluded from this guarantee are breakdowns, flaws or damage caused to the product as a
result of: mistreatment, improper use, exposure to adverse weather conditions, location in envi-
ronments unsuitable for the product with dust, dirt and humidity, abuse, blows, falls, improper or
insufficient installation, power supply failures, wear and tear, repairs carried out by persons other
than the technical assistance indicated, as well as alteration of the data contained in this certifica-
te and/or other causes external to the product itself.
4. This guarantee will be automatically void in the event of incorrect handling or if the product has
been used in breach of the rules contained in the manuals or instructions regarding use, opera-
tion, service and mode of use.
5. The guarantee does not affect the rights of the consumer in accordance with the provisions of
the law.
6. In the event that any technical assistance is required in relation to the product, the consumer
should contact the distributor or place of purchase.
7. For any questions that may arise on the occasion of the interpretation or enforcement of this
warranty shall be in accordance with the provisions of national legislation that applies.
8. This certificate has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 of 10 July,
on Guarantees in the sale of capital goods.
9. Please enclose the purchase receipt or invoice together with the duly completed warranty.
