are made of wood which is a live material and can be affected by exposure to humidity or
extreme temperatures.
> Store them in a dry place, away from extreme weather conditions.
> Only use non-abrasive cleaning materials.

GUARANTEE
TM440 Platforms are guaranteed for 24 months after the date stated on the invoice for all
manufacturing defects. This guarantee exclusively covers the replacement of the defective
parts; labour and freight costs will always be paid by the customer. Under no circumstances
®
will GUIL take responsibility for damage caused by incorrect use of any of our products.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear on top surface or edges. There is no
known surface for these stage products manufactured by GUIL ® , or any of its competitors,
which is completely scratch-resistant.

GUIL is not liable for personal injury or material damage resulting from negligence or
incorrect use, adaptation or maintenance of the platforms.
The deck surface is weather resistant, NOT WATERPROOFED. It was not designed to be used
as a permanent outdoor installation where it is exposed to the elements. In bad weather
conditions, such as rain, snow, humidity, extreme temperatures, etc., the platforms should
be dried and stored away. The guarantee does not cover damages caused by exposure to
the above mentioned weather conditions.
