One-Year Limited Warranty on FreshWater IQ Start Up Kit
Watkins warrants to the original consumer purchaser ("you") that components of the FreshWater IQ Start Up Kit (the "Product") will
be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date that the product is received by you when purchased
from an authorized dealer/service provider ("Dealer"). This warranty is not transferable. Remedies under this warranty does not
extend the warranty period.

What We Will Do
Watkins will, at its sole discretion, repair or exchange, free of charge, during the warranty period (as described above), any part
on the Product that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. In some cases,
the servicing dealer may charge you a repairperson travel/service charge that is not covered by this warranty. Please contact your
dealer for information regarding any such charges.
What Is Not Covered
Watkins shall not be liable for any damage to the product resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse (including use of
the product for an unintended application), acts of God, freezing water, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed
maintenance or repair attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of Watkins, including failure to follow the
applicable care and cleaning instructions, alteration without Watkins' prior written consent. This warranty does not cover industrial
or commercial applications, including applications that are long-term or short-term rental properties.
This warranty does not apply to the sensor used with the Freshwater IQ system. The sensor is a consumable item and must be
replaced in accordance with the instructions in the FreshWater IQ Owner's Manual.
