Carefully vacuum (preferably) or brush the condenser blades.
Finally, screw back the front air vents.
Prolonged inactivity
If there is a prolonged period of inactivity, we recommend that you make the cleaning and maintenance described above.
Operation
Definitions
The blast chiller and freezer has been designed to blast chill and freeze food products and it was created to work at ISO 4 climate class (30ºC
maximum room temperature and 55% relative humidity).
Setup
Ensure that the plug is correctly inserted into the socket and the circuit breaker into the electrical circuit box of the blast chiller & freezer is on.
The Y4 model is only Chill. The Y5 could be Chill and Freeze.
The small "o" symbols on the display are used to recognize the cycle selected by the user. On the example
above, the selected cycle is standard cycle: chill + hard + time.
"SET" button is not present on the keypad, because target is to avoid setpoint changes
without relation with last cycle ended.
