TROUBLESHOOTING
Service problems that seem complex can often be solved easily.
Follow this simple guide:
problem
The device does not turn on
No air is coming out of the
device
Air flow is weak
The device does not respond to
button presses
I do not see my device in the list
in the app
solution
Press the middle button for 10
seconds. If it does not turn on,
try charging the device for at le-
ast 30 minutes with a compatible
charger and turn it on again
Check that the device is
charged and turned on; to do
so, press the button: if the LEDs
light up white, then Shelfy is in
purification mode. Purification is
based on hourly cycles, where
the fan is not always on
Make sure the photocatalytic
filter is clean and check the
mode selected
Try restarting it by holding down
the middle button for 10 seconds
Make sure you have activated
Shelfy Bluetooth before continu-
ing in the matching flow
