1. XREAL warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or

workmanship);

2. Product exchanges and refunds are only possible at the point of purchase;

3. Manufacturing defects during the warranty period can be repaired free of charge.

Out of Warranty

1. The warranty expires;

2. Defects caused by wear and tear (e.g. scratches on lenses) or accidental damage caused by

abuse,neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product;

3. Unauthorized modifications or repairs;

4. Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning or any other acts of nature;

5. Resale of product;

6. Use of products in violation of any law or your agreement with us;
