INSTRUCTION MANUAL
PRODUCT'S PRESENTATION
This tool is designed for tacking of cardboard, insulating ma-
terial, fabric, foils, leather and similar materials on surfaces of
wood or wood-like materials by means of its high-power com-
pressed air driven impact firing.
It comes equipped with a LED light to indicate the status of the
power tool, a LED light for an enhanced visibility during opera-
tion, a drive shift knob to select between the single and contact
firing mode for a more precise or quick firing, and a depth adjust-
ment wheel to set the nail/staple heads firing depth as desired.
It also features a belt hook and soft grip handle.
Besides, it comes equipped with a safety contact pin, which
needs to be pressed against the workpiece before the trigger
switch is squeezed to fire nails/staples under the single firing
mode, thus, working as a security mechanism to avoid an acci-
dental starting of the tool.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all instructions.
Failure to follow the warnings and instructions listed below may
result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Check for breakage of parts, damage to switches and any
other conditions that may affect its operation.
Do not operate the tool in the presence of flammable li-
quids, gases or dust.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry and
tighten long hair.
Avoid an accidental starting. Disconnect the battery from
the tool and place the switch in the locked or off position
before making any adjustments, changing accessories,
or storing the tool.
Keep the tool and its handle dry, clean and free from oil
and grease.
Always wear eye and respiratory protection.
Hold the tool by the insulated grip surface when perfor-
ming an operation where the tool may come in contact
with the hidden wiring. Contact with a "live" wire will make
exposed metal parts of the tool "live" and shock the ope-
rator.
Make sure all keys and adjusting wrenches are removed
from the tool before switching it on to avoid them to fly
away at high velocity.
Do not keep the trigger depressed while loading faste-
ners.
Do not fire if the nails/staples are jammed.
DO NOT use on hard surface such as rock, concrete, ma-
sonry, bricks or steel.
Do not drive fasteners close to the edge of the work pie-
ce.
Do not drive fasteners on top of the nailed fastener.
OPERATION
LED indicator
The LED light will be on to indicate the status of the tool:
LED red on = Battery is low
LED red flashing = The nails/staples are jammed
LED green on = There are no nails in the magazine, the
power tool is in dry fire protection
LED green flashing = Overheat, the power tool is in over-
heat protection
LED light
The led lighting near the drive guide can be used for an enhan-
ced visibility. This light will be on in the following cases:
1.
The light will turn on automatically and will always re-
main on during operation. Once you stop using it, it will
turn off automatically after 15s.
2.
If you keep the light switch pressed, it will always remain
on. Once you release the switch, it will turn off automa-
tically after 15s.
3.
If you press the light switch one time, it will remain on for
15s and then turn off automatically.
Checking the safety contact pin mechanism
1.
Press the release button and pull out the magazine co-
ver.
2.
Remove all staples or nails from the magazine.
3.
Press the safety nose/contact pin and pull the trigger.
The safety nose/contact pin and the trigger should move
freely.
4.
Reload the staples or nails to the magazine.
5.
Do not use the tool if the safety nose/contact pin cannot
move freely.
6.
Place the contact pin on the workpiece and press the
machine without pulling the trigger, the machine should
not fire.
7.
Remove the machine from the workpiece, the contact
pin should spring back automatically.
8.
Pull the trigger, the machine should not fire.
