TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Hot air fryer does not
work.
The food is not cooked
through.
The food is not roasted
evenly.
The surface of the food
is not crispy.
Possible cause
The power plug is not
plugged in.
After setting or selecting
the function, the start
button was not pressed.
The frying basket has
not been inserted
correctly.
There is too much food
in the frying basket.
The cooking time is not
sufficient.
Food was not shaken or
turned during roasting.
The temperature is too
low.
Solution
Plug the power plug into
the mains socket.
After setting the time
and temperature or
selecting a program,
press the start button
to start the cooking
process.
Remove and reinsert
the frying basket until it
beeps.
Fry the food in multiple
batches.
Increase the cooking
time.
During the cooking
process, remove the
frying basket and shake
the food.
Set the temperature
higher.
