MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY
In general, the warranty conditions provided by DINO PAOLI S.r.l. are the following:
• The expected period is 12 months from
the date of purchase and is limited to
demonstrable material or manufacturing
defects. The purchase date must be verifiable
by means of a sales document. In the case of
an impact wrench, the serial number of the
impact wrench itself must be indicated on the
document.
• DINO PAOLI s.r.l. will not be responsible, and
no claims will be accepted, for any damage
deriving from use that does not comply with
the indications provided by the manufacturer.
• The warranty is not valid if the product has
been used in a manner different from the
indications provided by the manufacturer.
The warranty is not valid if the product has
been repaired by personnel not explicitly
authorised by DINO PAOLI s.r.l.
• Technical interventions during the warranty
period do not permit extensions or renewals
of the same; in particular, such repairs
or replacements are guaranteed for the
remaining period of the original warranty.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Complete replacement of the product is not
envisaged, except for an obvious defect,
reported within 8 days of receipt of the same.
However we will replace under warranty,
including labour, the components necessary
to restore correct functioning of the same.
• Any replacement of components under
warranty is an unquestionable decision of
DINO PAOLI s.r.l., upon receipt of the same.
Any replaced components will remain the
property of DINO PAOLI s.r.l.
• The product can be delivered to a centre
authorised by DINO PAOLI s.r.l. who will take
care of the product. The list of authorised
centres is available at the email address
[email protected]. Alternatively, it must be sent
to DINO PAOLI s.r.l.. DINO PAOLI s.r.l. is not
responsible for the costs of transportation.
