The top of the shield is
covered by the lava rocks.
CORRECTIVE MEASURES
Check all gas connections.
Check gas supply pressure.
Clean burner parts--see manual
"Cleaning and maintenance" section.
Check gas supply pressure.
Clean burner parts.
Check the gas cylinder is full or not.
Check the regulator & hose is leaking
or not.
Check the battery is installed or not.
Check the power is sufficient or not.
when pressing down the control knob,
check the ignition pin is discharged or not.
If not, using a match or lighter to
ignite the burner at a safe distance from
the fire pit.
Adjust the distance between the ignition
pins to be 3-5mm in case of ignition
failure (if ignition failure issue
happened).
Check the electrode wire, switch wire
on valve body and pulse ignitor are
connected properly.

covered by the lava rocks , please remove
the lava rocks before ignition.
