9.3 disposal and recycling

According to the European WEEE directive, electrical and
electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste.
As a consumer, you are obliged to return electrical and electronic
devices at the end of their service life to the public collection
points set up for this purpose or to the point of sale free of
charge. Details are regulated by the respective state law. The
symbol on the product, the instructions for use or the packaging
refers to these regulations. With this type of recycling of old
devices you make an important contribution to the protection of
our environment.
This recycling symbol shows that the packaging is
reusable, i.e. recyclable. The three arrows in the triangle
symbolize the recycling cycle.
Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is a type of polyolefin
plastic used in many different applications including food
packaging, storage containers, toys, building materials
and automotive parts.
