instructions carefully before you start to assemble this product
.
Please
carry
out
the
steps in
the order
set
out
in
these
instructions.
Keep
these
instructions
in
a
safe
place
for future
reference.
Safety advice
For
safety purposes we
strongly recommend the product to
be
assembled by at least
two
people.
Some parts may have sharp edges.
Please be
careful when handling components. Always wear
gloves,
eye
protection,
and long
sleeves
when assembling or performing any maintenance
on
your product.
Do
not
attempt
to assemble the product
in
windy or wet conditions.
Do
not
attempt
to assemble the product if you
are
tired,
have
taken drugs,
medications or alcohol, or if you
are
prone to dizzy
spells.
Dispose
of
all
plastic
bags safely
-
keep
them
away
from children's
reach.
Keep
children
away
from the assembly
area.
When using
a
stepladder or power tools, make
sure
that
you
are
following
the manufacturer's
safety advice.
Do
not climb or stand on the
roof.
Do
not hang or
lay
on the profiles.
Heavy articles should not
be
leaned against the poles.
Keep
roof
and
gutters
clear
of
snow,
dirt
& leaves.
Heavy snow load on
the roof
can make
it unsafe to stand below or nearby.
If
color
was
scratched
during
assembly it
can be
fixed.
Cleaning
instructions
In
order to
clean
the product,
use
a
mild detergent solution and
rinse
with
cold clean water.
Do
not
use
acetone, abrasive cleaners, or
other
special
detergents to
clean
the
panels.
Clean
the product once assembly
is
complete.
Before
starting
assembly
Choose
your
site
carefully before beginning
assembly.
The
ground
surface must
be
perfectly flat
and leveled and
have
a
solid
base such
as
concrete,
asphalt, deck
etc.
Sort the parts and check against the
content
parts
list.
Parts
should
be
laid
out
close at hand. Keep
all
small parts (screws etc.) in
a
bowl
so
they do
not get
lost.
Please
consult your
local
authorities if
any
permits
are
required prior to constructing the product.

During Assembly

Attention
During assembly
use
a
soft surface below the parts to avoid scratches and
damages.
Please
make
sure
you install the panels
with the
UV
protected
side
out (marked with
"THIS
SIDE
OUT")
and remove the sticker
as
panels
are in place.
The
Vitoria carport
has 4
gutters
heads,
you
can
choose
whether to
make
them active or
keep
them
in its
original condition
-
non active.
To
activate
please
follow Step
15
Step
1:
Carefully spread silicone glue along the cross-section
of the profile #7573
and at once
attach the profiles together.
It
is
recommended to wipe the extra residue silicone
Step 3:
It
is
recommended to
place
a
sheet
/
Carton below the parts
to avoid
scratches and
peeling
of
paint.
Profile should
be
fixed
in
front of
the second
set
of
holes
from the edge.
Step
5:
Please
connect two
parts
when one
person lifts
the construction
at
an
angle
as
illustrated
in
drawing
5a.
Step 9: Central channel should remain open.
Please
place
the panel aside the central channel
of the
arched profile,
as
illustrated
in
the
top
circle.
Please
note you install the
panels
with
the
UV
protected
side
out (marked with
"THIS
SIDE
OUT") and peel
the film strip covering the
panels.
Step 10:
Do
not tighten the
screws
fully, until both
sides
panels
in place.
Step 11: Profile stretching occurs only when
all screws
closed fully, at the same time; on both
sides.
Step 12:
Repeat
and
follow
the
same
action for
all
profiles left
as
explained
in
stages 10-11.
Step 15: Optional
-
if you wish to
use
the gutters
heads
for water drainage, pop the inner
plastic cap
with
a
screwdriver and then remove
it
with your
finger.
Step 17:
Level
the profiles
legs
and then adapt screws and plugs to the
ground type.
Tighten
all screws at
the end of assembly.
Do
not tighten
screws
and nuts (8192
&
466)
until completion of assembly
process.
These
2
icons
indicate if screws'tightening
is
required or not.
A
Note:
Anchoring this product to the ground
is
essential to
its
stability
and rigidity.
It
is
required to complete this
stage
in
order for your warranty to
be
valid.
