The PK Fan Controller is a speed and negative pressure controller and regulator for closed environments with incoming
and outgoing ventilation systems. The PK Fan Controller keeps the temperature under control and at the same time providing
the ideal pressure to avoid unwanted odors from escaping or getting into the environment where the system is correctly used.
This product is produce with subminiature technology SMD (Surface mount device)
and its electronic board has a much longer life span.
This item is produced in the European Union according all the European quality and safety regulations.
Operating instructions:
1. Set the temperature desired using the front panel.
2. After the power is applied the fan speeds can be set via the front panel controls.
One speed control for each input (intake/extraction).
3. Once the desired temperature is reached, the two fans will increase to full speed until the temperature
falls back below the set point.
4. Fan speeds will then revert back to idling, controlling the negative pressure in the environment.
Safety notes:
ALWAYS disconnect the power before opening the device in any case. There is risk of death as the voltage can be up to 230 V.
The Fan controller must be connected to a domestic socket with a maximal 16 A fuse. If there is a fault in the appliance check
the fuse before any other action. In case of any question about technical details, please contact us.
Beschreibung:
Der KLC-2M ist ein Kontrollsystem das die Zu und Abluft in einem Geschlossenen Raum über die Temperatur selbst Regelt. Dabei ist ein
Unterdruck im Min Speed Abluftseitig einstellbar.
Bei kalter Zuluft regelt der Kontroller die Temperatur im Raum selbstständig, dabei muss der Abluft Lüfter ca. 1,5 Fach starker ausgelegt sein
als der Zuluft Lüfter. Somit ist Unterdruck immer Gewährleistet. Die Temperatur im Raum wird konstant gehalten. Bei unterschreiten der
Eingestellten Temperatur regelt der Kontroller die Ausgänge auf den Eingestellten Min Speed zurück, d.h. ein mindest Luftdurchsatz ist
Gewährleistet.
Gebrauchsanweisung:
1. Schließen Sie den Stecker 10 an eine 230 Volt Steckdose an und stecken sie die Zu und Abluft Lüfter in die Steckdosen08C) am
Kontroller.
2. Positionieren Sie den Sensor® an gewünschter Stelle.
3. Stellen Sie die Temperatur am Drehknopf (Dz.b. auf 25° C

der Zuluft auf minimal 15%. den min. Speed Knopf© der Abluft auf 20% (etwas höher wie die
Zuluft um Unterdruck zu Gewährleisten).
5. Sobald die Temperatur am Sensor® den Eingestellten Wert am Drehknopf® erreicht hat, schaltet die Zu und Abluft® 8® auf 230 Volt
Full speed d.h. maximal Leistung der Lüfter, der Raum wird durch hohen Luftdurchsatz gekühlt.
6. Sobald die Temperatur am Sensor® unter den eingestellten wert sinkt, regelt die Zu und Abluft®806 auf den eingestellten Wert an den
Knöpfen zurück.
Sicherheitshinweis:
Bevor Sie das Gerät öffnen sorgen Sie für Spannungsfreiheit es besteht Gefahr durch Elektroschock was zum Tod führen kann. Der Kontroller
muss über eine 16A Sicherung anschlussseitig abgesichert sein. Es befinden sich 2 Sicherrungen auf der Platine im Gehäuse die bei
