INTENDED USE
The GDS8 shaver is designed to refresh various types of clothing and fabrics. Removing so
called flocs or fuzz from the material makes it look fresh again. The device can be used not
only on clothes, but also on curtains, blankets or upholstered furniture.
INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES
• Make sure the unit is switched off.
• Slide out the battery compartment (10).
• Remove batteries.
• Insert new batteries - note polarity.
• Slide the battery compartment (10) into the device.
Used batteries should be disposed of according to the applicable provisions of law.
USE OF THE APPLIANCE
• Use of the device is possible after mounting the batteries or connecting to the mains.
• Install the batteries or connect one end of the cable (11) to the socket (8) and the other
end to the power supply unit (not supplied) with the parameters given above and then
to the mains.
• Connection is indicated by the indicator light (6).
• Carefully replace the shaver cover (2) before starting.
• Do not switch on the shaver when the cover (2) is loose.
