Trouble shooting

Each Sunset Switch has undergone
rigorous testing and quality control
procedures before it leaves the
factory.
Malfunctions are most often due to
incorrect installation or misuse.
Both led and load do not
turn on
1. Check that the power is on.
2. Check carefully if the wirings are
all correct.
3. Check if the ambient light level
is higher than the LUX setting on
Sunset Switch.
4. Make sure the line voltage is
stable.
LED turns off but load
does not turn on
1. Wait approximately 60 seconds
after LED is ON.
2. Check if the wiring between the
Sunset Switch and the load is
correct.
3. Check if the load is out of order.
Check if the ambient light level is
lower than the on Sunset Switch.
