The unit of weight can be changed from pounds (lb.) to kilograms (kg), using the mobile
app. The height unit will also change accordingly (meter vs. foot/inch).
To measure the weight correctly: place the scale on a flat, hard ground, then calibrate it
before measurement. The weight must show 0.0 lbs before stepping on the scale.
