NOTICE
•
Smoke Leak Detector is only for power DC 12V
•
Please do not put any other oil except baby oil into oil filling inlet.
•
The power will be automatically switched off after 5 minutes.
•
If Heating indicator shows flashing yellow light, please replace 5A fuse as it's burned out.
•
Change glass fiber when Smoke Leak Detector has been worked over 130 times.
•
Do not tilt the machine when using.
INFLATE BALL STOPPERS
The inflation ball stoppers are used to close hoses, pipes etc.
1. Insert the rubber inflation ball into the hose.
2. Close the valve on the end of the rubber bellow.
3. Pump the rubber bellows until the inflation ball rests inside the hose.
4. Open the valve when you want to remove inflation ball.
RUBBER PIPE PLUGS
Rubber pipe plugs are used to connect the smoke leak detector to hoses, pipes etc. Connect the
rubber pipe plugs by using the smoke hose.
OPERATION SMOKE LEAK DETECTOR
1. Unscrew (5) oil filling cap and inject baby oil (baby oil only), fill 1-2 ml for new machine at first
time. Then fill 0.5-1 ml for each time. See maximum oil level. Do not exceed 20ml.
2. Connect the power cord to Power Connector (8).
3. Connect red battery clip to the positive pole of (+) car battery and black battery clip to the
negative pole (-).
4. Connect Smoke tube to smoke outlet (6).
5. Press the Switch (4) to ON position. The power indicator (3) shows green, it means the battery
clips are well connected to the car battery. lf it shows red, it means the battery clips are
connected wrongly. Please switch the battery dips to the opposite poles of car battery. This
machine is equipped with protection device even the battery clips are wrongly connected, it will
not damage.
6. Press the start heating button (1). Heating indicator (2) shows yellow, the smoke leak detector
starts heating. After 90 seconds, it can be reached workable smoke volume. This detector will
automatically stop every 5 minutes to avoid overheating. Repeatedly press the start heating
button (1) if needed.
7. After finishing work, press the button (1) and wait 30-40 seconds, the smoke generator will still
work to push out the remaining smoke. The smoke generator will automatically complete the
emptying process and when finished, the switch (4) can be turned to the OFF position.
8. Clean the smoke tube by dust gun after using avoiding block by residual hardening oil.
