- Do not operate the appliance in closed areas such as inside
closets. Do not use outdoors.
- Do not insert fingers or other objects in the air inlet or outlet
to prevent injuries and product damage.
- Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cable. Protect
it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not allow the cable
to touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cable hang over the
edge of the surface or worktop.
- If the appliance is installed, operated, or stored in an
unventilated area, the room shall be designed to prevent the
accumulation of refrigerant leakage which may cause a risk
of fire or explosion due to ignition of the refrigerant caused
by electric heaters, cookers, or other sources of ignition.
- The appliance must be placed in a location free from sources
of ignition that are in continuous operation (e.g., open flames,
burning gas appliances or electric heaters).
- The appliance must be stored in such a way that it will not
suffer any mechanical failure.
- Any person handling or working with refrigerant gas
circuits must be appropriately certified by an accredited
organisation to ensure their ability to handle refrigerants
safely according to a specific assessment recognised by
industry associations.
- Repairs should be carried out in accordance with Cecotec's
recommendations. Maintenance and repair operations
requiring the assistance of other qualified persons shall be
carried out under the supervision of personnel competent in
the use of flammable refrigerants.
