The device can only connect to 3G/4G cellular network rather than Wi-Fi

Do not install the camera until a successful network connection and
smooth live video are confirmed.

Avoid installing the device on the side of a lively road. Frequent
pedestrian and vehicles will keep waking up the camera, which results
in more frequent alarm notifications and extremely faster power
consumption.

Make sure that the solar panel is uncovered and facing towards direct
sunlight. If necessary, regularly remove the dust or leaves on the
panel.
