The fuse blows or the circuit
breaker trips when the light is
turned on.
WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for one
(1) year from the date of purchase. If within this period the product is found to be defective in
material or workmanship, contact our customer service department at 1-866-439-9800,
8 a.m. - 8 p.m., EST, Monday - Sunday. The manufacturer will repair or replace the fixture at no
additional expense to the consumer. This warranty does not cover fixtures becoming defective
due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling and/or installation and specifically
excludes liability for direct, incidental or consequential damages. As some states or provinces
do not allow exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and
limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have
other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Bulb is burned out.
Power is off.
Faulty wire connection
Faulty wall on/off switch
There are crossed wires or the
power wire is grounding out.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace light bulb.
Check if power is on.
Check wiring.
Test or replace all on/off switch
Discontinue use of the fixture.
Check the wire connections or
contact a qualified electrician.
