2. General Introduction
Sundirect Infrared heaters heat objects instead of the air, making this heater much more efficient
than traditional convection heaters.
The Sundirect Plus series represents a new generation of infrared panel heaters, equipped with a
built-in thermostat receiver inside of the junction box (Artcile Number: Receiver01) on the backside
of the panel. It needs to be used in conjunction with the Sundirect control system - Smart 1.0/ Smart
1.0Pro or Smartplug (NOT included in the box) - in order to meet the Ecodesign legislation of the
EU/EC Directive 2009/125/EC.

separate from this manual.
