PROBLEMS
The pump does not

CAUSES

Return spring broken.

Air loss, check the piston seal.

Check that the oil filter is not blocked.

Air in the hydraulic circuit.
- Check that the ball of the suction valve
works properly.

Valve or gaskets faulty or dirty.

Check hydraulic connections.

Dirt under the pedal.

The ball of the delivery valve.

Leakage on the apparatus connected.

REMEDIES

Replace.

- Bleed the air out.
- Pressurize the tank.

(7 P.S.I.).
- Remove and clean.

Ventilate tank through the screw on
the plug.
Capacity should be 250 Lt/minute.
