Basic cleaning

Before using the unit for the first time, wash / rinse the bowls and blades in soapy
water and dry thoroughly. All parts of the unit are dishwasher-safe - with the ex-
ception of the motor unit. Wipe the motor unit with a moist cloth only; do not dip
in water.

Initial operation and use

Danger of injury!
The very sharp blade can cut off body parts. Your fingers are especially at risk.
1. Treat the blade with the upmost of care.
2. Place the food to be processed into the bowl.
3. Put the cap on the keys.
Now place the motor unit 2 on the bowl. Make sure that the motor unit is

placed in the intended recess, and does not wobble.
5. Insert the plug into the socket.
6. Hold with motor unit with one hand, and use the other hand to switch on the
start button
7. After completing the processing work, release the start button again.
Before removing the motor unit, make sure that the blade is no longer turning.
In order to obtain perfect results, use individual pulses, if possible.
8. Disconnect the unit from the power supply.
9. Remove the motor unit and the blade.
10. Empty the bowl. Do not use it to store food.
