WHAT DO I DO IF THERE ARE MISSING PARTS FROM MY ORDER?
If there appears to be any part missing from your order, contact our friendly and helpful
Customer Support Team within 7 days of receipt.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE COLOUR OF THE DESIGN IS FADED?
This can mean one of three things, the pressure is too low, the temperature is not hot
enough or the design has not been pressed for enough time. You may want to experiment
on scrap polyester or polymer coated material until the optimum print is found. Ensure
there is a firm even pressure on the product, increase the temperature by 10 ºC and the
time by 10 seconds.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE DESIGN IS BLURRED?
This means the heat is inconsistent across the design. Ensure the pressure is even on the
product, the sublimation paper is entirely flat, and the design is completely still whilst
pressing.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE SUBLIMATION PAPER IS STICKING?
This can happen because the temperature is too high, or the surface of the product is not
the right quality. Ensure the product is made from polyester, poly-mix or is polymer coated
and lower the temperature in 10 ºC increments.
