7. Seect the user "Guest" as allowed user
and click on "Share".
13.2.2 File sharing under Windows Vista. Mode 2.
Follow these steps to share files under Windows Vista in a different way:
1. Click on "Start" / "Control panel".
2. Press "Network and Internet" / "Network center" / "Shared resources"
3. Configure the values of "Share and detection" as shown in the picture:
- Network detection: Enable
- Shared files usage: Enable
- Public Access folder shared usage: Enable (read only)
- Shared usage with password protection: Disabled
When the configuration finisheds, copy the files you want to share through the network in the folder "Public Access" of your
PC or laptop.
