Troubleshooting
The camera will not
turn on
The camera stops
responding
Video Playback is
choppy on the computer
Make sure your camera is charged. Use a USB-C
cable and a computer to charge your camera.
1. Remove the battery for a short time
2. Re-insert the battery and turn on the camera
3. Perform a „Factory Reset" via the settings.
4. Wait until the device has restarted
• The media player may not be compatible or
lacks support of H.264 / H.265. Try to play the
file with another media player.
• The computer does not meet the minimum
requirements for HD playback. Try a lower
resolution.
