CAUTION: TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK,
this product has a polarized two prong plug (one blade is
wider than the other) that must be fully inserted into a
matching properly grounded outlet. This plug is designed to
fit a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If the plug still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to
defeat this safety feature.
WARNING: Before servicing this fan be sure to unplug fan from wall outlet. Do not only turn off fan from the
main "ON/OFF" switch, be sure to unplug this fan.
Step1
Unfold Quad-Pod base legs.
Step 4
Tighten nut to
secure into
place. Slide
flange over base
connection
Step 7
Remove the
black cap by
twisting it
CLOCKWISE
while holding
the metal shaft
tightly.
Step 10
Remove any protective
covering over shaft
before fan blade
installation. Place fan
blade onto motor shaft.
OPERATION
The pin on the motor
shaft should fit into the
slots of fan blade.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Unscrew the nut from the pole.

With collar nut
loosened pull
chrome
extension out
of fan pedestal

Assemble rear
grill onto motor
housing. Grill
should fit into
pins on fan
motor housing
as shown.

Thread blade cap
onto threaded
end of motor
shaft counter-
clockwise
Place decorative
plastic flange over
extension pole to
cover base. Slide
pedestal pole onto
base receptacle.
Assemble fan
control
Panel/Motor
onto chrome
extension and
tighten thumb
screw.
Thread locknut
onto motor
housing to lock
rear grill in
place.
Step 12
With logo
upright, attach
front grill to rear
grill by snapping
them together.
Be sure all 8 clips
are secure.
