• malfunctions or any defects resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, software / BIOS / firmware
updates not carried out by Tognana Porcellane S.p.A. authorised personnel;
• repairs or servicing carried out by persons not authorised by Tognana Porcellane S.p.A.;
• tampering with the assembly components, or where applicable, with the software.
Additional claims, in particular requests for compensation, shall be excluded unless liability is established by
law.
At the end of the Warranty period, or for products not covered by said Warranty, Tognana Porcellane S.p.A.
shall remain available to assist with any questions or requests for information by the end Client. Further

Tognana reserves the right to make any changes necessary to improve the look and quality of the product,
