INSTALLATION
1.
Using the reel mounting bracket as a guide, drill 3 pilot holes, 7/32 in. (5.5 mm) in diameter, into wood
wall studs or work bench. Attach hose reel, using 5/16 in. (7.9 mm) lag bolts and washers included.
2.
Connect air supply to 1/4 in. NPT (F) inlet fitting. Make sure the threads are sealed with PTFE tape.
3.
Connect desired quick connect or tool to the 1/4 in. NPT (M) outlet fitting. Make sure the threads are
sealed with PTFE tape.
OPERATION
1.
To extend hose, pull hose to desired length. The hose reel must be making an audible "click" when
released to maintain its length. It may be necessary to pull hose beyond desired length to keep it from
automatically retracting.
2.
To retract, pull hose until clicking stops. Hose will then automatically retract.
