This machine is specially designed for laminating pouches of 75 mic to 125 mic, in which
the interlayer can be pictures, cards, documents paper etc. The pouches shouldn't be
larger than A4 size.
Cautions & Maintenance
Clean the rollers:
1. Switch on the machine as introduced before.
2. Fold a A4 size paper and feed into the entrance, folded side first. Repeat this procedure
until no more glue clinging to the paper.
Clean the machine:
1. Always remember to disconnect the machine from the power before cleaning the machine
2. When the machine is cooled down, use a soft cloth to clean the machine.
Other things to take care:
1. Always switch off the machine after use, never make it work for a continuous time of
1 hour. Please allow 15 seconds between every laminating and allow the machine to cool
down for at least 30 minutes after switching it off.
2. Protect the machine from damp, always make sure the machine is dry before use. Do not
place the machine close to air conditioners.
3. Never put other objects into the machine except for pouch films designed for this
machine, too thin documents (e.g. fax paper which is thinner than 30 mic) or too soft
objects cannot be feed into the machine as this may will cause twist.
4. Never cover the machine with things like magazines, clothes etc. when using it.
5. Please laminate under room temperature (from around 10-35°C )
Pouch Specification
1. Please make sure the pouch covers the document properly. Better to save enough margin
(3-5 mm) around the laminated interlayer to get the best laminating effect.
2. Please kindly be suggested that standard pouch is preferred because it is easy to cause
air bubbles if the pouch is not good enough.
