• Confirm the light bar is powered.
• Enable Bluetooth on your
smartphone.
• Position the light bar and
smartphone within 6ft. of the
Wi-Fi router.
• Ensure your smartphone is
connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
network — 5GHz not supported.
• Verify your Wi-Fi network name
and password.
• Try manual setup mode — see app
for details.
Device offline
• Confirm the light bar is powered.
• Verify your Wi-Fi is working.
• Remove the light bar from the app
in the edit device screen and pair
it again.
